Our two text programs

Nuvara Health has two separate text programs: order and customer care texts, and recurring automated marketing texts. You can join one, both or neither.

Order and customer care texts

If you check the care box on our contact form or checkout, Nuvara Health sends texts about your orders and customer care questions, such as order status, shipping updates, notices that we need information to finish an order, and replies to your messages. These texts never include health details. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Marketing texts

If you check the separate marketing box, Nuvara Health sends recurring automated marketing texts, such as promotions and new product announcements, to the mobile number you gave us. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Marketing texts come from a different number than order and care texts.

We may send a confirmation text when you join. It counts toward the monthly limit, so in the month you join, you will get at most 3 other marketing texts.

How you opt in

Our contact form and checkout each show two separate, optional boxes: one for order and customer care texts and one for marketing texts. Both boxes are unchecked when the page loads. You can check one, both or neither. Neither box is a condition of purchase, and you can complete checkout without checking either. Each form shows the consent wording, a link to these SMS Terms and a link to our Privacy Policy before you submit.

Keywords, help and opting out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to opt out. STOP ends all texts from this number. If you joined both programs, reply STOP to each number to end both, or reply STOPALL to either number to end texts from both numbers.

Reply START or UNSTOP to rejoin a program you previously joined through our forms. Replying START does not sign you up for a program you have not joined.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

Both boxes are optional. Neither is a condition of purchase.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
