Terms of Service
Effective August 11, 2026
These Terms govern your use of mynuvara.com and the Nuvara telehealth platform. By creating an account, submitting an intake, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Nuvara Health is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, licensed physicians and with licensed US pharmacies. Nuvara is not a pharmacy, not an insurer, and does not practice medicine. Clinical decisions are made solely by the treating clinician.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, physically located in a US state where our affiliated clinicians are licensed, and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, complete health information.
No emergency services
Nuvara is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the platform to report urgent symptoms.
Orders, prescriptions, and physician review
Placing an order is a request for evaluation, not a guarantee of treatment. A licensed physician reviews every intake. If treatment is not clinically appropriate, or if you are not approved, your order is cancelled and refunded in full, less any lab fees already incurred.
Pricing, subscriptions, and cancellation
Prices are shown in USD and are self-pay; we do not bill insurance. Subscription protocols renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel anytime before your next renewal date with no cancellation fee; medication already shipped is not refundable.
Shipping
Shipping is free, discreet, and temperature-controlled where required. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide; you are responsible for entering a correct, secure shipping address.
Acceptable use
- Do not misrepresent your identity, age, medical history, or location.
- Do not resell, share, or divert any medication dispensed to you.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
Intellectual property
All site content, branding, protocol descriptions, and educational material are owned by Nuvara or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for the professional acts of a treating clinician.
Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in the State of Delaware, with class actions waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@mynuvara.com.
