Return & Refund Policy
Effective August 11, 2026
Because we ship prescription and compounded medications, federal and state pharmacy law restricts returns. This policy explains exactly when you are refunded, replaced, or credited.
Medications cannot be returned
Once a prescription or compounded medication leaves the pharmacy, it cannot be returned to stock, resold, or reused — even if unopened. This is required by law, not a Nuvara preference. Please dispose of unused medication through a local take-back program.
Full refunds
You receive a 100% refund to your original payment method when:
- A physician determines treatment is not clinically appropriate for you.
- You are not approved after intake review.
- You cancel before your order has been shipped by the pharmacy.
- The pharmacy is unable to fulfill your protocol.
Damaged, lost, or temperature-compromised shipments
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. Verified damaged, lost, or heat-compromised shipments are replaced at no cost — we do not ask you to return the affected medication.
Wrong item
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days. We ship the correct item immediately at no charge and provide disposal instructions.
Subscriptions
Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect before the next renewal; orders already processed and shipped are not refundable. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Non-refundable items
- Medication already shipped or delivered.
- Physician consultation and clinical review fees once the review has been completed.
- Lab panels already drawn or processed.
How to request a refund
Email support@mynuvara.com with your order number and reason. We respond within one business day, and approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
